Peter R. Schnabel


Peter has continuously been at the forefront of innovation in the attractions business. He’s not just ahead of trends; he’s crafting the future of the industry. He has sold and managed the development of virtually every type of ride for amusement parks—often being the first to see into the future, conceiving new designs and manufacturing processes. Drawing on more than40 years in the amusement industry, Peter offers clients unparalleled knowledge of attraction design, manufacturing and installation



As CFO, Ken is responsible for executingCAVU’s strategic plan and actively oversees CAVU’s global divisions to ensure all strategic goals are met or exceeded. He manages all budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated. Ken has in depth knowledge of corporate governance and guides CAVU in the direction of general management best practices. Ken enforces adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics. He ensures departments meet their individual goals and are responsible for overall accountability to shareholders.

Mark Stepanian

Vice President Innovation & Engineering

Mark has extensive experience on the engineering and project management side of large scale roller coaster projects from $5 million to $32 million. Mark has a strong insight into the identification, prioritization, and solution generation of technical and business issues across several concurrent projects. He has been a key player in the successful integration of main attraction components such as the ride vehicles, track and structure, and controls systems along with the planning and management of human capital such as scheduling, resource allocation, and customer service.



Nathan is a strong executive leader with extensive experience in the Themed Entertainment industry. Nathan is responsible for driving operational excellence as our company continues to strengthen and grow its business. He has held a variety of operational and customer-facing roles of increasing seniority. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Technology, Management Degree, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degrees from Cornell University and Queen’s University. Mr. Jones also volunteers his time with the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) as a current member of the Board of Directors for the International Board, and has recently been named to the TEA Executive Committee as Vice President.
